They made my server lag, these are console logs.

I'm using anti.pro for fix crash exploit.

Just add borders to the world, And how are they leaving the arena in the first place?

Thats why there are worldborders that glitch you back once you reach a certain height or distance..

Server can easily handle player going from one side of the border to another, its the same as a teleport command from plugins, just this team as a cheat client. The issue with that is that you will not set a warp millions of blocks away from the center of the world but with a cheat client you can accomplish such distance, therefor when there is a worldborder plugin the player or anything cant physically go through it since it will teleport you back, take a look at any of worldborder plugins like this one: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/worldborder . However, if you don't have a vertical border set, that is the maximum height a player can reach, then he can crash your server teleporting millions blocks up instead. Thats why you need a plugin that will set vertical border for players. Then they cannot crash your server out using teleport cheats/glitches/bugs etc.

But we are not talking about WorldBorder he just mentioned it but that is not causing crash. Packet spamming is causing it.
But that's how they are sending those packets, that's how the whole crash works.. They can't create so many packets otherwise.
