Crash Reading

Hello.

I run a modpack and a server.

My issue is this:

Somehow, the chunks get corrupted by an item or something, which I don't know how to solve.
I need someone with the experience to read crash logs and tell me what is causing this.. And how to fix it.

I recommend using MCEdit to fix this issue, if it really is corrupted chunks.

Yeah, well - I kinda need to know what's causing the crash so I can ban the item(s).
It's Jurassic World: Revelations modpack (technic)
