Crate Key Eula Plugin.

Im looking for a plugin to be eula compliant with cratekeys, basically what i was looking for was something simular to what thearchon has implemented. Someone would donate and buy a cratekey, then all the other players have the chance to redeem that same key by doing /key redeem (then they enter a number between 1-20 or so) and if the number that gets randomly decided upon the purchase matches, they get a key too. If you need more detail message me.
Was looking for it to be able to be customized to change the number range for different tier cratekeys
