Crates plugin [Help]

Hello, I have this plugin called Crates. I got this setup from Jack but the Crates plugin isn't working anymore. When I do /crate add it tells me to right click a chest so I do but it doesn't work. The chest won't open or anything.

Help please.

I suggest you switch to crazy crates or crates reloaded. Crazy crates is a free Plugin and crates reloaded is like 10$ or so.

This plugin had Virtual and Physical keys and It was amazingly configured.

Crazy crates offers virtual and physical keys as well. However what is the console error?
