Hello!

I am currently in need of a small plugin that hooks into CrazyEnchantments. This plugin would allow me to hook into WorldGuard and disable any enchantment in any worldguard region in any world on the server, much like WorldGuard's region.yml files work now where I can add my own at my leisure. I would need a reload command in this plugin as well.

Payment will be made via PayPal and can be done 50/50 or 100% at the end. Please, no service teams and i'd prefer to only work with people who have more than 5 reputation. I need this done within 1-2 days if possible.
