What type of server is this?
It is a GTA style server. Essentially, player explore a large city map looting chest for weapons, robbing stores, killing players, and battling highly intense "god fights"

Just because there were no changes from the player's view doesn't mean I didn't change all the files out to make the more organized... I wanted to exactly clone the server with the file change. Clearly, it worked.

Plugins are automatically organized, you fixing a couple grammar errors or something doesnt really amount to "fully recoded / revamped"
