Create a new Minecraft Server

I'm interested to create a minecraft server network. I'm a Software Engineer and I've ran successful minecraft servers before primarily HCF servers back in the day. I haven't been around but I've played some bedrock time to time which was fun but now I'm seeing some good changes to java in terms of design and UI. Looking to create something but i need someone passitionate and has time to manage the server, someone who knows the new minecraft scene as I'm an old timer. I've heard SMPs are the trendy stuff aswell as box, don't care what game mode to be honest? But I need a server even if its simplistic that has a wow factor. Like the average user will log on and see that damn this server looks nice, the custom animations, the builds the commands. I can create any functionality as i can code any custom features, can provide funding and servers, will also help with any trailer creations etc You job is to maintain in game and provide ideas aswell as setup the server. This is all paid for by myself I want the new kids who really want to make something happen make a difference, i never had that chance years ago but I'm offering the chance now to everyone. There is no paid position this is voluntary partnership and must be passitionate and dedicated , I can provide you with shares to funds on release if we make sales but considering initially that im paying for everything upfront myself this is purely for you I'm making your dreams come true. I have a brand/logo already, a website and can setup many things. I have some core custom plugins that can relay back some fun data. We can make a network for all i care. Prefer simplistic gamemodes people can enjoy for Java edition / bedrock edition . if the support / compatibility is there for bedrock we can introduce this later but currently as you may know it takes alot of effort to maintain two edition sides. reply to this thread by saying you're interested.
