WARNING: This is somewhat of a rant, so if you're easily offended or triggered, I highly suggest you stop reading now.

Listen, as Jimmy said, I'm pretty ashamed with the poor quality of service we're given. I, have submitted a username request over 3 weeks ago, to get my name changed from Tulip to Complex1, an inactive user. I have not received one response. Whenever I try to complain to other staff, they'll tell me to open a ticket. Guess what, they never respond. I think we need to implement a new staff role which goes through tickets, because the system right now is absolutely despicable. I should not have to wait 1+ weeks just to get a response. I know this is kind of a rant, but this is a serious problem. So, Mick, tjrgg, am I ever going to get my name changed?

I have always gotten an response within 30 mins, but i can't speak for everyone.
It would not hurt anyone if there was one person dedicated for tickets.

I submitted a ticket for my name to be change from BulletStorm to bullet and it got changed by mick in less than 24 hours. That was when they were first release. Can't say they same thing about tickets now.
Remember, things have gone way downhill since then.

Yes, but not in that way. We have got Morgan and Jack as staff now.
really just since bosny left. Not talking about mods/chatmods

The time it takes for tickets to be looked at is honestly random. People say it takes less than a day and others say it takes days/weeks. My experience with them was a name color change. It took 3 days.

~Mick -> OG took about 3-4 days for a reply just to be given "It must be over 3 characters"
yet they could've told me that in SB..

I had sent a ticket a while ago about my locked Account Shop thread.
Had to wait a while with no response, but I responded to the ticket with a,"6 Views and no response...."
Then M6, and Mick started responding.
So yeah, they do need a reminder, at least for my ticket.

Typically the support requests that can be handled by chat mods and mods are answered fairly quickly, but the admin ones take a while due to there only being two admins.

To be quite honest, mc-market's staff system is sloppy as it is. Chat/Resouce Mods should be grouped together as just mods, each with different positions on the site.

I've only had to open 2 support tickets/requests. Both were answered within 10 hours. It couldn't hurt to add staff for it just because I do hear a lot about people waiting a long time for name changes and such.

when i asked for my TS key, before they updated to this new thing i waited about 1 month and no answers till i caught rocket in the SB and asked. so +1 complex
