Create an appeal forum for banned users

Hi, so when you are banned, there is no way to appeal it unless you make an alt account.
What you could just do is allow banned users to appeal in a forum without having to make an alt account.

It would just make it easier for scammers to appeal. I'd be surprised if a scammer went through the effort to create an alt, appeal just to waste staffs time. However it would be easier for scammers to waste staffs time if it took no effort.

Unfortunately due to limitations with the way that banning works at the moment, it's not possible to make a form for banned members with default xenForo functionality, but we do have plans for something custom eventually. We do have lots of custom development to do but getting an appeal system so that users don't need to make multiple accounts is planned in the future.
