Creating a development group

Hey, I'm looking for a few devs to start a development group to offer custom plugins, and premium ressources.

I have small requirements though:
I am the main founder, I have all the rights, you'll still owner rights, but my decision over yours.
must have 6 month experience

in return, you'll have:
parts of profits
rights over my company

Don‘t really wanna be part of a team where basically I have no room to bring in improvement or sometimes think that doing stuff another way is better.

Does that mean your Devs get jackshit and you yoink all the income or how is your %. Because I would not develop FOR someone if that person doesn‘t code with me but still gets for example 50% even though I would mainly contribute to the development.


So... after all that. What do you offer your devs? Equality ? A fair share ? Or just some petty „Oh you can call yourself an Owner of my dev team. Others will bow their heads when seeing you!“.

it's to keep control over stuff, youcan decide stuff, but if your decision for some reasons is not adequate, I will have to modify it, like if you decide that we will have our own selling platform instead of selling on mcm or spigot, but most people want it to be on spigot or mcm, I will modify your decision[DOUBLEPOST=1552869995][/DOUBLEPOST]
