If you want one that will really succeed, you're gonna need a good bit of money to invest, lots of time and hard work, knowledge of development and configuration (unless you're gonna pay someone to do it), lots of money for advertisement, and the ability to sign a contract/NDA.

Making a server that "doesn't fail" isn't just something you can throw together in 2 weeks.
