creating a new server

Hello I'm Sherlock
I like minecraft and love to make server but I alone cannot do this (note "I'm willing to spend money" AFTER THE server is made and fully functual, like help with hosting money and stuff like that )
but so requirements aren't many
1. atleast over 17 yr old
2. knowlegde on how to use plugins ect ...
3 creative
4.willing to spend hard work and time
server is going to be a skyblock questing through different ages(mmorpg skyblock theme)

Problem you're going to have is you've given no details so no one is going to want to invest money into you to see it go anywhere. If you're not going to put your own money in you should have a pretty DETAILED plan including name, unique features, themes and potential requirements etc to give someone a better understanding of what they're investing in.
