Creating Server, Need staff/ideas

Hello everyone! So i have decided to revert back to my old ways and start another minecraft server. I have not paid for the hosting yet all though i am fully willing to pay the hosting off. All i want are some ideas from the community on what you all are interested in, Like what kind of server? Factions, creative, I want all the possible input you can provide, everything you want/like.

As staff goes i would like to recruit some users to help me create this server it will be a NON* paid position as i am paying off the hosting/advertising first of all. But as this staff position you will need to be dedicated to the server along with helping in advertising (Youtube videos, twitter and so on).

UPDATE: The budget for this project is still currently being added up but the estimate is 250-700$

Most servers are moving towards the pvp aspect of things, so maybe Factions, KitPvP, or something around the lines of that.
