Creating team of developer

Hi I am here on behalf of Oculate a upcoming potion pvp server ran by Zyastra, Stove, and I The network is pretty much guaranteed to be a success. We have a large amount of you tubers that said they will play the server as long as we deliver as promised and we have already finished those features. So I need a team of developers who can work well together and can work Full time or Part time.

Requirements​

- 4 years of Java Experience
- In-depth understanding of Spigot API
- Ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with Git
- Knowledge of MongoDB
- Knowledge of Profiling & Performance Analysis​

Pricing​

Part time Developer: Part time developers get paid by the month and depending on how much they work being a part time developer you wont get paid nearly as much as a full time developer but you will get paid well with anywhere between $200-$400 a month and eventually get raised to a position as a full time developer.
Full time Developer: As a full time developer you get paid weekly and by the hour. The hourly rate depends on how much you work and how much you get done. You can get a hourly rate of anywhere between $11/hr - $30/hr and must work the required hours per week.

Legal​

Not going into detail on this but all you really need to know is we will have ownership rights to any work you do for us and you cannot use any code you made for us anywhere else. To work for us you must sign a contract and in any case of you breaking this contract we will take legal action.

What's your reason to use Mongo over SQL?

I just overall prefer Mongo MySQL you have SQL injections even though you can still get into a Mongo database not that many people know how it works tbh im just being honest
