Creating the biggest minecraft server in the history of minecraft.

Looking for a server owner that is reputable & has previous experience of owning servers with a playerbase of 10,000 or more.

You will be receiving a budget of 35,000, your goal is to make a Minecraft server that has 50,000 players on it constantly, every minute, every hour, and every week.

How do I have this budget?
Not an april fools joke, my parents are both business managers, making around $305,000 a year, 305,000 a year for each parent. Making a grand total of $610,000 a year. They give me a budget of $10,000 a year to spend on gaming, clothes, food, etc. I make my own meals, and buy my own cloths. I currently saved up 4 years to get 40,000, but would like to keep 5,000 for things outside of Minecraft.

Information about myself:
I am a heavy Minecraft player from 2010, I enjoyed the game back in its prime, and devoted my life to it, constantly grinding, and watching the latest tips & tricks about Minecraft, however in these 2 years, I have seen huge amounts of failure, player loss, & Minecraft servers that are dying at a alarming rate. This game has changed my life, and I will try to do the same. I am currently 17 years old, turning 18 in a few months, and I will try to revive as much of Minecraft as I can remember.

You will contact me @ discord alexa#1137, and tell me how much I need to pay you for each project (website, plugins, spigot, teamspeak, domains, etc), you will have a capped budget of $800 each week, meaning you will have to plan your budget.

50k players isn't a one-time thing. Hypixel didn't start with 50,000 players even if they had a big budget at the start, it takes time to gain players, and reputation. I'm hoping to start off with a couple hundred, leading to a thousand, and so on.

Than write it like that ^^. It seems like you wanted to have 50k Players every single Day. Starting with a couple hundred Players and get over the time 50k Unique Players could be done with the amount of Budget.

You'd be much better investing in many smaller servers, also posting this on April 1st might also have been a mistake xd. Going in for 50k constant from nothing is too much of a push in 1 go and in my opinion wont happen overnight. Obviously with investing in many smaller servers means that some will do better than others, but if you put your money with people who know what they're doing, you would have a much safer proposition. A lot of people would try and run with that 35k but also the responsibility of having to pay that back as an investment is quite a big burden to many. If you're looking to work with slightly smaller servers I could definitely be of help.

So I spent some time thinking about how you could potentially do this with your budget, and here is what I have come to:

1. Spent 50% of the budget on advertising and actually building the server, with the majority of it going straight to promotion. Use this money to hire as many YouTubers as you can get your hands on, and get them all to make videos on it. And for the development side of things, develop everything custom and make sure that all of the code is solid. Hire builders to build maps, lobbies, your hub etc.

2. Then, spend the other 50% and acquire as many servers as you can possibly afford. And with all of these servers, conduct a massive merger between all of them.

3. Ensure that your servers stay ahead of all of the competition by always out-advertising and one-upping the best servers. Keep your server as #1 until you eventually run out of money.

This simple guide from someone who has almost no server experience will ensure a top-quality professional Minecraft Server in no time.

This is a joke. But anyway if you want a suggestion look up "Pauseunpause" and look at his old minecraft dwarfs vs zombie videos. One of those type servers, heavily updated to 1.8 - 1.7 would really spark up the system I feel like. (The last version was 1.6 and server is long gone)
