Work on your transitions along with the angles you take, increase render distance along with change the shaders that you're using to increase performance. I would also recommend using cinematic mode which can be found in your minecraft settings in-game, best of luck.

Don't bump. Use the up thread,

Go to settings then go to controls and find "Cinematic ......." then bind it to a key then use it and your vision will be smoother
