Creative of mind for staff position

Hello,

Im searching a person for the rank srmod for now with possible promotion to admin (in our staff structure that is like an assist manager pretty much).

This person will be helping me with creative thinking and helping put things on paper and setting up if needed. creative mind in the way of:
-thinking of event
-thinking of challenge/quests
-improvement ideas

This is for now mostly for our main project an unique skyblock. And from there will see whats next. but this project will keep us busy for atleast little 2 months.

Sadly for now this position is not paid position.

Like i said in your threads without discord im not gonna hire you. Our discord server is our main and only communication for staff. And with no info on your experiences and as being 14 thats not gonna work.
