Hello, as i'm in the process of designing a Minecraft community i'm sitting stuck with ideas and creativity. I got two really talented persons with me, one server coder, that going to start coding the server in about two weeks, then i got a web coder that have started with the site already. All of us are taking education in future developing as php, java and webdesign etc.
What i mostly need is an assistant for me, where your job is to sit down with me help me design the ideas for the server, form them and make them good. I'm really really "choosy" on my ideas, and i want everything to be perfect, all from the color of the sign to the balance of the server. I'm not fancy any server that gives everything to you, or a server where you can pay to win. I'm fancy a server where you can build yourself up and be stronger after time being used on the server. If you are a pay to whore person, don't bother requesting here.
I got money, I won't use it on you, you will get your cut after we start making money from the server and community. You won't need to use any of your money yourself on this project (unless you insist). You will get access to all the papers that have anything with the server to do, the design and the web. You will be highly valued in our team and you will get what you deserve after your work loud. I'm also Norwegian, so don't judge my english.
