I'm not looking for a build team to make me one, I'm looking for a one that's already made that someone doesn't want to use or wants to sell. Once I see some screenshots and know that you are the owner of the map I will make a fair bid.

so just to clarify... you don't want to commission anyone to make you one to your likings but just want one they have lying around? Because I'd be happy to build you one to fit those areas
