I am selling my Minecraft server as well as it's website and domain, https://creativecraft.org.

It has made a total of $2000 during its 2 year run and had a very solid, supportive community.

It started as a Creative server with an open creative world as well as hub, and expanded into Survival, Epic world, and more!

It has a VERY polished Hub that was hand built to be as modern and beautiful as possible. It also has multiple minigames setup with arena's including MobRacers, PvP (w/ CrackShot), Spleef, Splegg, DrawMyThing, and more!

It was running Multiworld (not Bungee) as well as running 1.8.8 when it was shut down. It should be fairly easy to get it converted to Bungee as well as update all of the plugin's. It is all extremely highly configured and was well maintained and cared for.

The plot world features over 1000 exceptionally built plots with a spawn created for each world as well as a "Staff Island" located in an inaccessible place in the Hub world that has holograms setup with all of the world stats, server stats, current FPS, etc. for you and your staff to hang out and keep an eye on performance.

It has a highly configured NoCheatPlus coined "CreativeGuard" that alerts you of all potential threats as well as has safeguards in place to stop all obvious exploits as well as Redstone lag plots, etc.

The server was ran on Debian 8.5 and was always extremely stable, especially for being multi-world and not Bungee.

I simply do not have any time nor desire to run a Minecraft community anymore, so I would like to hand it off to someone who wants a highly brand-able Creative minecraft server that is bound for success.

Its been offline more then 60 days ? so player base is effectively dead , thast a lot of money for a few builds.

The player base is easily revival-able. The price is not only for some incredible builds and professional configuration, but also for the highly brand-able domain/name "CreativeCraft", a professionally done logo, as well as a professionally done website setup and ready to go.

I am willing to negotiate all offers, but my current starting bid price stays and can be discussed and worked with via PM.

Less has been sold for vastly more, I assure you.

I have done web development jobs for a website like that alone for over $2000.

Unless a network pick this up (even then they wont pay 1000 probably) it might not sell. Creative servers don't do as well as they would if you have them in a network. Plus they could just create the same product on their own. The builds are pretty nice, last bet would be selling those cause you might be able to sell them at a good price. However with what you have website and such isn't that appealing (at least not to me) I hope you can sell this but best bet would be to either lower the price or sell the configs and the builds separate. (just trying to help not bashing you or anything)
