Creatix - Factions Server - Fully Configured- Custom Spawn

So I made this server back a in september 2015, and worked on it until july 2016, when I released it. Not many people joined (mostly because I couldn't afford advertising) and in January the hosting ran out, so I'm trying to sell to atleast get some of the $300 I spent on the server.
No plugins will be provided, but a list of the ones I have will be.
2 Configurations are from buying off someone, so those will not be sold aswell (Essentials and NoCheatPlus)

Will come with domain, creatix.xyz (from namecheap)

it could also be disabled using commands, or taken out entirely, and thank you

Nope, both say i may not resell it sadly. So i cannot include them. If someone buys the setup i'll link them to the page they can buy the config on.

I know you are looking to make money, but this might improve the selling price.
