Hello all, thank you for taking the interest in this thread. Creators Cove is in a large need of a full-time active Developer, we would like our developer to have skills in, Java, Knowledge of Spigot API, Discord Bot Developing and its not needed, but preferably Web Development. Creators Cove is a small but growing fast server, with a lot of potential if we get the right people involved. We understand the time and effort that our developers go into, and payments will definitely be involved, although, we do not expect to pay for changes in the plugin. If a plugin is coded to your specifications and you decide later that you want changes, why would you not expect to pay for the changes? That’s asking someone to work for free on a completed project. If it doesn’t meet your initially agreed upon criteria, that’s different, but you should not expect free future work.

Minimal changes, I expect for free, obviously large changes I don't expect it for free.
