Hello, my name is Zack. You can call me Credited or Zack either is fine with me. But let's get the point, I am coming to offer my Staff Management Business. First off I am looking to join a server with a decent sized player base (explains more below.) I am 15 years of age, and have had a lot of experience and have decent grammar and punctuation. I am a pretty professional person and I like to get my words and work straight to the point.

Community Manager:
-Helping the community:
I am a pretty good guy at watching over chat and helping players. In chat, I am always watching even if players think I'm not on or not watching cause I'm busy. Helping players, I will always help players no matter what I'm doing. Players that need help are most important unless they are trying to troll, even still I will still help them because I will not favoritism players that don't troll over players that do.
-Staff:
I am pretty good at taking care of the staff like have meetings once every two weeks, also I would promote/demote staff, and give them warnings and train the newbie Helpers that are not for sure on what they are supposed to be doing and what they are supposed to be doing.
-Admin Duties:
This is where I would take care of ban appeals, reporting a player, and helping out the community even more. I would fix some bugs that I have access to and if I didn't have access to them I would inform you (Owner) to let you know.

I would help start up their server this is the only situation where I would join a server if it doesn't have a player base. I would help gain staff such as a personal Staff Manager/Community Manager, get Moderators, Helpers, Trial-Mods, etc. I would have all the same commands and access you do, obviously, it would take awhile for you to gain my trust to make sure I wouldn't abuse. I would be a little less pushy on the console just because it has a lot of parts on the server and if someone messes with that and they don't know what they are doing bad things happen.

About Darklight: Darklight was a Hard-Core-Factions, just not popular. It had 3 servers, Kit-map, Hard-Core-Factions, and Regular factions. I was a Community Manager there and I was the one who decided if the staff was accepted or denied on the their application. I also did basic Admin duties such as ban appeals, player reports, and banning players as needed. It had around 5-10 players on it, not big but a decent player count since we didn't have any You-tubers or people that advertised the server. I had a wonderful journey and it was my first time staffing on servers. Sadly it shut down.

About BloodSquad: BloodSquad was really just a test server for friends but we still had some players on it and my brother was the owner. This is my second time as a staff member and I was enjoying my time on this server and we had around a 5-15 player base if you count our friends that were on the server a lot. I was a proud Admin of that server and I stuck with them even when times got rough because I'm not a quitter I'm a fighter.
Moderator / Trial-Moderator:
About RegelWolf: This server was not owned by a friend or anyone I knew before hand. I had found this server on MC-Market and applied a while back and was accepted at first I loved a player on there but the server didn't have progress and didn't succeed. It is still open I believe but I was demoted because they said I was not helpful to their staff team. I was, in fact, helpful to them because I was one of the most active Moderators. I helped out other players that were on and banned Hackers. I believe this should not hurt my application because the reason I was demoted on that server was all just a miss understanding.
(Payment):
Well first off there is only a couple positions I would ask to be paid but I will explain more below:
Community Manager (Un-Paid / Paid):
This job I would be unpaid unless your server has more than 80 players on a day. We would talk more about this and what I would be paid when the times come in talking.
Admin (UnPaid):
This job I would be unpaid unless I am working super hard, I would probably not make you pay me but for example, I would get like 15% of the donations.

You can private message me on getting into a Skype call, Teamspeak call etc.
You can respond on this thread on business on what you would like to do, I am giving the option on private message because I understand when people like to keep their ideas private.
