Creeper Eggs showing up blank named "Spawn"

Hey there I am looking for some help on my factions server, whenever I use a kit with creeper eggs they come out blank, this goes for "/give (player) CreeperEgg" too. The only way to get them is through creative and it's really annoying having to switch out players "blank" eggs with the real ones.

If anyone could help me, i'd be willing to pay.

Would help if you gave more info like server ver or any plugins that interact with Spawn Eggs

Try using the ID, for 1.8 it's /give <player> 383:50

None of those should be a problem afaik (idk what Helix is though)

Doing this (although it is cancer) should find the cause pretty easily, I suggest doing the following,
switch out your server jar for default spigot/paper/taco (doesn't matter) and if that still doesn't solve the issue (it probably won't) my only other idea would be to start removing, or remove them all and start adding plugins one by one until you find out which one is breaking creeper eggs.
