Sorry to break it to you, man, but your skill has not yet reached the level where it can be turned into money.
The majority of the hub is flat, and the rest is "slabspam".
I would be very surprised if anyone would buy this for even $1, as it is hardly worth the bother of the transaction.
Now that the blunt critique is over, here are some things you can do to make sure that the next build you put on here will actually attract interest.

It is an excellent way to understand the basics of building.
Second, from the looks of it you are building on a private server. I understand the attraction of having full control, but if you want to improve a creative plots server with a good community (and actual standards) is really to be recommended. Servers for that are Octovon, Athion, Qubion, Ravand, Sunfury, Hypixel creative (type /creative in hypixel lobby) and similar servers, most have a buildteam attached to them, and they are likely to have a few people that will help you get better, as well as great examples and inspiration.
Don't be intimidated by what level of building they ask of you. when I first came out of my solo building addiction and decided to join a creative plots server, my building skill skyrocketed in weeks. It took several years to get to my current level, but only because I took several-month-long breaks in between, having gotten bored.
If you apply yourself and find a good community, you'll be better than you can currently imagine in no time at all.
