Crime to ask People to go first?

Hello,
I have been accused of scamming countless times, simply because I ask for the buyer to go first. Is this considered bad?

It can be seen as "threatening" to some people because you only have 7 ratings and no profile picture.

If you are a new member here, people nearly never want to go first on you. Thats why. Its not a crime as you say.

If you're selling anything, try to give out some vouch copies first so people know you're legit.
If you're buying, try to buy from some well known people who have made lots of deals and earn your rep that way.
