Introduction:
CrisisMC is a Minecraft network that has a handful of fun game-modes to choose from. Such as Skyblock, Factions, Prisons & many others coming in the near future.
But our goal is to build a stable network; along with a stable community for players to enjoy and have fun either by themselves or with friends.
But to ultimately build a stable network for the community. It requires an experienced & dedicated staff team to help run things. This will also allow any dedicated staff to rank up in positions to gain additional rewards and benefits. So I'm currently recruiting a number of different staff positions (listed below).

- Monitor public chats for server rule violations.
- Assist players that are in need of help and guide them with the correct help.
- Active in the server chats and server discord to provide help and advice at any given time.
- Able to stay calm and work effectively whilst being under pressure.

- Moderate the server for players who violate the server rules.

- Handle discord support tickets.
- Assist players who are needing help in the discord server

- Creative thinker
- Handle Discord support tickets
- Able to write creative and engaging threads/posts.
- Help with in-game support and plugins. (Faction/Island strikes, Rollbacks, Bug reports)
- Keep the community updated with everything that is happening such as.
(Server updates, Announcements, Upcoming events & miscellaneous threads) - Able to work off your own initiative.

- Gather feedback from the community regarding the server to make improvements if needed.
- Keep the community engaged with hosted events to gain additional rewards.
(Discord giveaways, events & additional competitions) - Keep the community updated with everything that is happening such as.
(Server updates, Announcements, Upcoming events & miscellaneous threads) - Able to work off your own initiative
- Handle support tickets in the discord or forums
(Buycraft support, General Support + more) - Relay feedback to the designated staff teams
Fulltime & Part-Time Developer (0/2)

- Must have 2+ Years of Java Coding experience.
- Must provide a portfolio of your previous work or GitHub.
- Able to complete plugins requests & bug fixes within the set deadlines.
- To work within a team of developers and other staff members when required.
- Able to bring new ideas to the table.
- Update changelog after development changes.
- Handle bug reports and suggestion tickets.
