Crisp Themed Set of Art

I need a C R I S P set of artwork that will be able to be used on a variety of platforms. I don't have a specific budget but the concept is extremely simplistic. I want a banner (usable on multiple platforms like twitter, youtube, etc) that is "smooth". No crazy colors or effects, should be very simplistic. Text would say "Entitled" and incorporate the Vatican flag somewhere in the design (not necessarily the main focus). I also need a profile picture that will incorporate the flag somehow, again not needing to be the primary focus. Would have the letters ERC or the full name if it fits well.
