Critical is growing every day. The team has a Graphics Shop, Builds, Professional Writers and Server setups. The only thing that the team is lacking is a plugin development team. I am here today to recruit some for my team.

Payments:
Payments are going to be as the following. I get 25% and you get 75%. I can get you a lot of clients so someone pays $100 I get $25 and you get $75.

In my opinion, you commission rate is too high, 25% for you just referring them to a client, while they do all the actual coding. Again, just my opinion don't take it as an offense.

LOL! This just makes me laugh. I mean honestly, if you're a good developer you'd get clients on the daily. If anything, good developers get too many clients an have to turn them away. Annoying for the developer and client, but it's got to be done sometimes. I could re-direct developers by doing what you're doing and I wouldn't need to do any development haha.
