Now that I'm no longer a reptile, I wanted to share my origin story as I thought it would be of interest to this community. It is an emotional journey that a lot of people can relate to. Throughout the series, I will dive into my backstory, how I came to find my purpose in life, and finally how I broke the curse. I hope you all stick with me through this incredible series!
Let's begin with the intro...
Alex was your not-so-ordinary kid. As a small child, a terrible curse was bestowed upon him by a group of reptilians known as the Crocks. Each year on Alex’s birthday, a new cluster of reptilian scales would appear on his body, inching closer and closer to becoming a full cold-blooded reptile. By the age of 12, Alex was no longer human and forced out of his parent’s house to fend for himself like all reptiles in the wild. Alex felt out of place in the swamp and never really fit in with the other reptiles. After a year of living in the swamp, he had enough. He wanted to travel the world and be something else, even if it meant standing out. He no longer wanted to be defined by the status quo. This is his story.
