Some of you may know me from Noventa Build Team as I worked there as a manager. I chose to leave as the owner didn't seem all that serious about the team and after a realization I needed to work with more professional people I decided to start my own team rather than work for somebody. If you've applied at Noventa Build Team's thread previously and were denied, it not have been my choice so apply again! If you haven't and have some skills apply with us to start earning some money and work for a well balanced team.
What that means for you guys. I'm not new to this. I've been working at this for a while.
Cronos build team is a new build team I've created to offer clients high quality builds for a not so sky high price. We offer all clients good quality builds in a professional manner. All payment is made through Paypal and we pay our builders using paypal so you must have one in order to receive pay. If you do not, I can help you setup one.
Owner Info:
My name is Hexcore, I'm 18 years old. I'm currently a high school senior living in the US. I've had years of experience on minecraft from being staff on servers to owning a some old ones. I'm currently now staff on any servers as this takes my minecraft priority. I'm not all that back-end savy as I don't develop though I dable around configurations and plugins. I also love donuts. Yeah that's all you need to know.
Team Info:
So at Cronos Build Team we have a 4 rank structures for builders which is pretty simple and standard.
Trial-Builder:
This is someone who has newly joined the team and we are seeing if they work well with us and for us. To complete your trial period either you need to show exceptional skills and rank out of this place asap, or you need to complete one pre-made build and one commission. You will be paid if the customer is satisfactory at cheaper rates than regular builders though you will receive full cuts for future builds if you do get accepted.
Builder:
Congratz, if you've reached this level than you have passed your trial period and now are a full member of the team. We will add your name to our roster and you can start doing commissions and pre-mades at your own pace. At this rank we expect you to complete at least 1 pre-made every 2-3 weeks and are actively participating in commissions. You should be dependable and willing to grow with the team. You will be added to our group chat and can work with all the builders or solo for a few builds.
Elite Builder:
Wow. You've made it this far, you have now got my trust. This is the rank you get when you are serious about the team and you treat this as a job. This is generally achieved after a month or two of active work and cooperation. You represent our ideal member who's build skills are good enough that he can help others and provide useful feedback. You are considered a leader of the team and you should be fully dependable.
Head-Builder
You are now at the level where I trust you as a person and a member of the team. You are now entitled to help me manage the team and act as a second in command. To get to this position you must become an elite builder and remain active on the team, you must act professionally and be skilled in most aspects of building. You also MUST be exclusive to the team at this position. You will be compensated as a builder and with additional payments as a manager when deemed fit.
$Payments$:
Payment to builders is made through paypal. Builders are paid based on how much work they put into commissions and how many people built the commission. The allotted 80%-90% is split evenly and fairly. The rest is given to team funding as we progress further and costs decrease the alloted percent will rise for the builders.
Right now as our rough numbers are commissions are 80%(+5% if the bring client to me) and Premades are 90% of the sale cost and builders are paid immediately after the build is finished and sent and we receive our payment. We are looking to make both of the costs to go up to ideally 95% for pre-mades and 90% for commissions. Though right now it's as listed above.
Note: I know what numbers I've said please don't comment about the cuts as we haven't had a problem. If they don't seem fair to you as they are currently don't apply though don't thrash the thread. Thanks. It's much appreciated.
Additional Info:
Although there is a rank system, I'm not trying to run a dictatorship. I look out for the opinions of all members of the team and try to keep it running as a team. Although I do call the shots I try to make sure there is a legitimate reason for it and that people understand why we are doing that. Note that all builds done on server are owned by me/the business I run, you will be compensated for your work, I will explain payment once I add you on skype, if your application got accepted.
