Crop Hopper (easy)

Hi,
I am in need of a plugin that automatically collects cactus as it grows, this makes it so there is no extra entities at all in the chunks where these Crop Hoppers are placed, this crop hopper would be a hopper (obviously) that works exactly like one but just has this featured added.

note: I will need normal hoppers to work aswell as having this crophopper function.

extra notes:
this plugin will need a data file for saving all of the locations of the crop hoppers and a command to run to give these crophoppers to people and also purchase these crop hoppers.

Price: $10-$15 (negotiable)

not worth 5-10. i'm a javascript coder myself and this takes a lot of work even though i just started, probs go for 15-20at least

I appreciate your opinion but there is a free plugin out there doing MOST of these things, just doesnt have the ability to give out the crophoppers via console, which is an issue because I cannot add them to /shop, I do not think a plugin should cost a lot with MOST of the code public, unless someone could somehow edit this plugin (if that is allowed). Also, I have known one of my old friends who purchased this for $10.

it's a programming language, theres not much fucken difference than that java isnt web and has to be compiled.
