Summary
We are looking for new builders and build team leader for the Crown Build Team. This is the build team of MineCrownMC. We used to be a skyblock & survival server and have a discord server of about 200 active members. We now want to change up the concept. For that, we’re setting up a team of committed and motivated Minecraft lovers. The Crown Build Team is an important part of this team and builds for MineCrownMC as well as external projects for customers.
The requirements
Builders:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Able to take constructive criticism
- Able to cooperate within a team
- Able to complete work by a deadline
- Have good time management
- Able to think outside the box
- Able to connect with the community and manage its needs accordingly
- Able to work at least 7 hours a week
- Being motivated and committed to the build team.
- Ability to work within requested themes, color and texture palettes.
Build team leader:
- All above
- Able to take a theme and work with his/her team to build what’s needed in a timely manner
- Able to delegate work to his/her staff fairly
- Able to communicate with the owners & gameplay managers of MineCrownMC as well as the customers and translate this into a finished project that fits the theme.
Payment
As a builder, you will be paid a percentage of the profit on external builds. This percentage will be discussed and can raise over time based on your work force, motivation, work done for that specific project, etc. Payments will be transferred via PayPal.
