Doit, im quite interested. Does the Faction come with a custom Jar? I actually found your server well setup and i'm really interested if you could tell me all the contacts used to develop/create the server to what it was.

Thank you for the compliment. The server just uses a slightly modified Quantum jar that has small fixes to fit some of our plugins. More of this can be discussed in PM. But I am not sure if I am allow to distribute this as Quantum is a paid jar.
