Hello, My name is Splindy, I am a Youtuber with currently 4.5k Subscribers that is looking to create my own Factions Server to do youtube series on and just have a close, friendly community. So I am currently looking for Server Development Staff so we can hopefully get the server ready for launch by August 1st. This will be a big long-term project so I need to make sure the staff will be,

2. Hard working

3. Be self disciplined

4. Ability to have a good time

Experience:I been Staff On Many Servers which closed or i got kicked for being inactive i dont remember any names but i had 2 servers of my own Neither had names they werent ready but i stopped working on them.I am good With Config,Building,worldEdit,pvp ,photoshop ,sony vegas pro and cinema 4d/Renders.
Reference (Server you worked on or website you worked on with some kind of proof):Most Servers Closed Down Because They Coulnt pay for the server anymore or they dint want to keep being owner and closing it.I Do Have Some builds and renders i have done (one being my profile picture)
Why you:well i like doing work and i love having to be helping the players as i never got help myself from any server because the staff only helped the donators (before Eula And After)
