Payment.
This will be determined by your application.
Admins will be paid monthly.
Minimum earning will be $20 a month.

I worked for a server called ClownMC with a playerbase of around 70 (which is now closed) and I made some changes to that server, making the backend cleaner, better to use, and I repaired some plugins which were broken or out of date.

Unlike many people here, I do not currently have a staff position on any other server(s), therefore I can dedicate most of my time to this server only.

Many other servers but GoldPvP was the only notable one.




Why should you be chosen: Recently I have been looking for something to invest my time in and this could be a great opportunity. I adapt to new environments quickly with no problems. I love being social and forming personal relationships with people in my workplace. I am highly reputable in this community and hopefully that can exterminate the trust issues that may come with this job. Regarding my knowledge of factions and minecraft servers in general, I have know all of the things necessary to moderate/work for servers. Custom plugins can be learnt quickly.

Let me clear a few things up here
MINIMUM amount was $20 and that can rise depending on experience, application quality, knowledge, professionalism.
We won't be "sitting back and doing nothing" there is much else to be done. Such as developing the next server for the network, any bug fixes for plugins, continues updates and improvement. Managing admins, advertising, pmc management, investor communications the list goes on and on......
Now let me go at why we set the MINIMUM amount at $20. Why? The server doesn't launch for another 2 weeks so the work will be minimal. Pay scales will be reviewed monthly.

Why should you be chosen:Well i think i should be chosen cause i have the knowledge on how a server works and i deal with idiots that get banned on my server every day, I know how to just most plugins and im a fast learner and i can learn all the custom plugin commands within 20 seconds. I would like to add that im really creative when it comes to ideas with builds or plugin ideas or maybe drawings too so i could help out. From the side of being an admin i can help cause i dont take shit from anyone ill go by the rules and like some admin do on minecraft if they meet a girl on the game they instantly think to not ban,mute or what ever and just let it slide im friendly and ill be the best admin i can be.
previous bans: Um banned? Im sure every one has been banned one or two times, the main reason you know just join a server to fuck around or some admin does not go by the rules and abuses so people have to step up so i did and got banned XD

Previous experience:

• Moderator and Developer of "CanelaPlus", a spanish network with up to 1000 daily players. But I barly understand spanish so I would mostly only make plugins and be on a look out for hackers cause there were alot.
• Moderator and Developer, sooner to become Admin then Co-Owner. Proxy was a small server with up to 10 players daily sometimes hitting a max of 35 at speccial occasions such as events ect...
• Hub Developer and Moderator on certain servers of Kings PvP. KingsPvP was an old soup teams and kitpvp server. With approximately 30 players daily, but started dying after a while down to 5-15 players until the opening of Hardcore Factions(One of the first) where it hit up to 50-60 players the opening day but due to ALOT of bugs, so it just kinda died of. And I ended up leaving the network because of bad and abusive staff.
• Admin and Developer of MineTeams that was completely custom coded but never released because of jealous staff DOXing me and I deleted the whole servers database ect... Since I had made all the plugins for free and never really handed over the ownership it was still my property.

Why should you be chosen:

• Because I have had experience with administrating multiple servers and always had a great experience with players and never(as I have seen) had any members hating on me. I will always stay neutral and never part sides until anything is proven(I.E. hack accustions ect...). I will try to stay interactive with players making them feel at home without giving any advantages or hurting others in any sort of way.
• I could help with plugin problems or even doing some plugins free of charge to help the server grow.
• I would be open to advertising without making the server look unproffesional, or make it hated. (I would never: Spam the IP on servers. Threaten others. Or forcing players to join) I would rather ask if friends/youtubers if they would make a small little video free of charge.
• The players deserve a user/child friendly communtiy/enviorment and I want to help accive that goal.

Previous bans:

• StanlyCraft | Reason: I insided the Co-Owners faction and recieved an IP ban and a ban on all my alts. Abusive, I know.
• ProxyMC | False abusive claims by Admins that got both me and the Co-Owner(Founder) banned. But was shortly unbanned after proving the claims wrong.
• I do not recon I have any others, although I could be wrong.
