You will be responsible for finding your own staff for your select server. 2 game modes 2 head admins. 1 for each.

Previous experience: I have been a helper on a major network (Velocity MC), Owned a few servers which shutdown due to financial issues, A head admin on a small server (MC Diamond Realm) and a server manager for Zombie Factions (Now closed)
Why should you be chosen:I believe I should be chosen for the role of head admin as I believe my experience has prepared me for such a task. I am a very quick learner and very knowledgeable with plugins and players. I am a warm hearted person but I'm not afraid to do what is needed. I am very active both on skype and minecraft and overall a nice guy to work with. I will admit, I do like to have a joke now and then but no jokes will be at the players expense I can assure you.
previous bans: I was banned from Velocity MC as they were removing my perms. I was also banned off a small server (Rita MC) for uncovering the scamming owner and announcing him to everyone. These are all the bans I can recall.

I'm devoted to work through out the week and be on every single day and make sure everything is going well. Typically it will depend on my hours that I have to work at my RL job, but once I come home I'll hop on and make sure everything is running smoothly and if I have any free time then I'll be on.

I've worked for Infinite-Realms.com and the website is still currently running if you'd like to check it out. I was the Head Admin on there for a while then we suddenly ran out of funds and couldn't afford the server anymore. I was in charge of hiring staff and doing interviews, and lastly maintaining the server.
Why should you be chosen:
I'm a very dedicated worker and know what to do with a hard situation comes into play. I'm a very reliable and trustworthy person and I'm all about professionalism and making sure a server is ran correctly and nothing narcotic goes on. I'll take this "Job" very serious and won't hesitate to take action if needed and will make sure the server is running smoothly.
