CrystalMC is a unique factions server with many custom plugins and features, some of those are /f shield, duels, blackmarket, and many more. We had our first season ( under different ownership ) and it went very well. Previous staff from last season took over the server, so we know what our players expect from us and what they want. We are mass recruiting staff for our upcoming release. I expect all staff to help out in beta testing and finding bugs before release. All requirements will be listed below.

Other Information / Payment
Each staff member will not be getting paid, but we will have something in place as a form of payment for our staff members. At the end of every month, I will be doing promotions, demotions, and picking our Staff Of The Month. This person will be chosen by how they're doing in game and discord. This staff member will have a much higher chance of being promoted, and will receive $10 USD
