About Us
Our Plan is to create a very easy to use custom RPG system with hundreds of titles, quests, perks and skills. We want to attract all kinds of players, those who just want a simple survival experience, those who want to RP with their friends and even those that want to play the game with some earn-able enhancements and a story.

Our Development Progress
Our Wonderful Owner SweetPsycho is non-ironically working day and night to create the plugins that will make your epxerience on our server great, he's very far along and we are almost ready for Pre-Alpha. Things we plan to finish before Pre-Alpha are the majority of server builds and dungeons, make the already wonderful level system plugin flawless, and finish some player media.

Ranks we are Recruiting
Head Admin (x1):
The Head Admin should be a wonderful role model for the rest of the staff team and the server community as a whole. Duties of a Head Admin should be maintaining all staff members below him, as well as accepting or declining applications of those hoping to join server team. This rank is also associated with the “Core Team” which will work closely with the Owner, PR Manger, Lead Writer and Lead Builder.

Builder (Multiple): Builders do what their title says, they build, they create and they answer to their Lead Builder. Builders have creative freedom, however some periods they may be given specific projects in which they have to fulfill within a fairly decided timely manner. Builders are considered staff members however they don’t possess the same punishment power as a moderator does. Builders may be considered more of an evidence collector position when it comes to player punishment.

How to Apply
1) fill out an application to your desired staff rank (Here in this Thread)
2) Join our Discord and interact with our community
3) Wait for Response (Guaranteed response in 24 hours or your money back!)

Past Staff Experience:

Past experience in moderation and leadership is nowhere near limited in my situation in and out of the game. Previously I have been in a Staff position on multiple servers both big and small. Some of these servers have shut down due to a lack of funds but some of the servers still standing are OPCraft, and I still help my friend with setting up his server with basic plugins etc. On OPCraft I have peaked at the Admin position and then resigned due to personal issues. I have owned one of my own servers before (Factions) with a player base averaging at only around 45 people at a time. I also shut the server down due to my provider shutting down its Minecraft servers without notice and did not have the motivation to continue. Outside of the game, I have had multiple responsibilities from being captain of a sports team trying to keep morale high and being the President of the Student Council. As much as it might not interest anyone both built good motivation and positive morals towards the team and kept heads high as well as difficult situations that had to be fixed at a minutes notice. During my past staff experience on NiteArrivePvP, I learned more than I have on any other Minecraft factions server regardless of the size and player base. I got peaked as the Staff-Manager on the server through over a year of dedication with the Owners and the community. I helped plenty with the server ranging from technical issues to in-game conflicts almost daily. I was paid weekly based on my performance for the week which motivated me and others to achieve the best for the server and complete task to the best of our ability. I felt it was unfair to be paid for something I enjoyed as much as it was tedious work I put my money back into the future of the server. But over the course of following months, players stopped joining and playing for hours upon hours to maybe just an hour every few days. Eventually, we decided to put the server to an end through ups and downs I learned just about everything I know from that experience.

Problem Scenario - A member of your staff team who recently was promoted to Admin, after being a well respected and active Moderator for a number of months. Upon his first day of his new rank, he gets into an argument with a player and mutes them indefinitely until another staff member unmuted them. How would you handle this conflict between a member of your team and player? (What consequences/Rewards will the newly promoted Admin face, and what will happen with the muted player):

I would put the admin back to the Moderator as he is clearly not ready for Admin. I would give the player 1 hour mute for arguing with staff.

Past Staff Experience: I have a lot of past experience I am playing MC 5 years and I've been Staff on over 200 servers so I have a lot of experience moderating and managing the server how it needs to be.

I will remove his Admin rank back to Moderator and mute the person who argued with the Staff Member. I will remove the Admin rank back to Moderator because he is not being good as an Admin and I will tell him you need more improvement of the knowledge of being a Admin.

As I can see there isn't Discord server invite?
The forum won't allow me to post a discord link, it prevents me from saving if it's included. If you make an application you'll receive a friend invite and we can go from there.[DOUBLEPOST=1545585444][/DOUBLEPOST]

Reason:
Thank you for applying I did like your app and you do seem very professional; however I see it looks like you're an individual looking for a paying position. Unfortunately that's not what we're offering here, at least not right away. We're looking for a head admin who is dedicated through other means. If you think you'd like to join the team regardless of payment, I'd be happy to consider you for another position once we open up for Pre-Alpha.[DOUBLEPOST=1545585732][/DOUBLEPOST]

Reason:
You joined our discord and tried recruiting our builders for your own server. You have been removed from our discord and won't be considered for any position. Just from an outsiders point of view, going to other peoples servers and attempting to steal their player base for you own looks desperate and is risky. If you want to succeed on your own I suggest you make your own recruitment threads and do it respectfully.

I would first contact someone higher up in the staff team if it's either a staff manager or the owner to tell them what the Admin has done with evidence and let the higher ups deal with them. I'm not sure on how the ranking system works on here so if I were to deal with the Admin either give him a warning or derank them back to Moderator until further notice.

Reason:
Currently we have someone who may be in the beginning stages of making it to head admin. Do you happen to have any proof or anything to back yourself up about all those servers you said you were staff on? I think you handled the scenario decent, and if something doesn't work out for who we're thinking is in line to become head admin. I think you may be on deck for that position (provided we could get some sort of proof we would appreciate that). If not I think you could for sure be in line for another position once we release our pre alpha, which will be on the 28th of this month. Please join the discord or accept my friend request and we could talk about it further.

Do you have a Working Mic: Yes I do

Past Staff Experience: I have not got much credible past experience because of my age, I have not been taken seriously but I feel like I am mature enough for a small role. The only past experience I had was on an old server that was shut down and I don't think I could get it verified.

How would you handle this conflict between a member of your team and player. (What consequences/Rewards will the newly promoted Admin face, and what will happen with the muted player):

I feel like the muted player should be given the correct punishment that suited the rule broken. If the admin was in the wrong, he would deserve a warning but the mod who unmuted the player shouldn't have because they don't have the austerity to do so, so the mod should be seriously warned because even if you don't agree with the admin, they are trusted more by the server owner and is well respected.

Thanks for reading =)

Thank you for your application simply because of the holiday season we won’t be processing applications until tomorrow night/the day after. And we’ll begin interviews after the 25th. Thank you for your interest. Also I think we may have already talked on our discord but I sometimes have a poor memory!

We may be able to find a position for you, I will need to discuss it with the rest of the staff. For now feel free to interact with our community (that would help you out when we consider) and I'll keep you posted while we conduct interviews the next couple days!
