Cs:Go Profile filter

Hey guys,
I was wondering if their is a Developer in the community who can make this:

A Steam/Cs:Go Profile filter. To find steam accounts with certain options.
Includes:
An option to find profile's with a specified amount of hours
An option to find profile's with a inventory worth of [...]
An option to find profile's by country/language
An option to save all the dumped profile links to a .txt document

P.S. If possible a web-tool/a web code. If not a program is fine
Please send me the price this will cost.
