I need someone that can make a CS:GO Survey Website.

It'll be a site that uses SteamAPI, so people can login. When they login, they use an affiliate code, and they get 50 cents. They trade a few lower tier skins for a medium tier skin, as of the first few days. Skins that cost more will eventually be added. They withdraw the skin they traded for using a bot account.
