Why should you take a server with such specs? This can be done with a 16GB RAM / Xeon E5 server easily, how much did that server(s) cost you like 10-15k? It's really hard to believe but okey.

well 10-15k LOOOL it cost me £1500 a month mate plus i run a big minecraft server of another box
