Hello I am currently adding crates to my server and I am willing to give a donator rank or Dev for it, I need someone who can send me a op config of a custom crates cs:go config but if you have a config of another crate plugin send it to me and tell me the plugin so I can install I promise to give something back in return skype is: mohsen.ghaseminia

I will be honest here, anyone who is willing to config this will more than likely want money rather than a rank.
You have not given enough info on how many crate types the rewards ect so people will not know how much needs to be done, which is useful to know.
- if you plan on owning a server it would be wise to learn how to config plugins so that you can edit and add when ever and not rely on someone else.

Not being mean, but I doubt your rank is worth something, if you have a player base then is has value.

And if your a Owner of a server, you need to actually spend money.

Most of MC-Market are server owners so I doubt they would be interested in a rank as they don't tend to play servers.
I'd offer money if I was you.

My server has a large database 321 players have joined in total. I have about 10-15 players on at a time its not new (3 years old) but has been opened up again after some bad circumstances

I can make a survival server with no plugins and say that I'll give you the $1million dollar rank if you build something cool.
Unless it's a large server, the price you label it with doesn't matter.
