I'd like to know what language CS:GO Gambling websites are coded in.

No not at all. I want to expand my self and test myself so I'm going to create a local csgo site, it won't go live.

They would normally be coded in PHP with JavaScript I assume.

Obviously, they need to keep things stored in MySQL databases so they need php. They also use javascript for animations and whatnot. They use CSS for the styling and making it look nice. And (obviously) they need html like any other ordinary site.

The bots are the ones coded in NodeJS most of the time

You don't need PHP to store things in a MySQL database, you can use most programming languages to access/insert/etc into a MySQL Database.

I suppose if you want it real-time I'd need to use sockets as well, which is brilliant.

There are a few public CSGO gambling sites that the source code has been released publicly. I believe they both were coded in NodeJS.
