I'd advise against it. You can make great money, but trouble would be coming your way.

The government (in the UK anyway) said they will be fabricating laws and chasing underage gambling. They also said that any form of gambling online, even if you are just gambling skins, is gambling.

You could get into some serious legal trouble if you don't know the law in this area like the back of your palm. At the end of the day it's up to you, but be very cautious.

CSGO gambling is being heavily regulated by valve I wouldn't recommend doing this.

I would say you need at least 2000 USD for the website alone not including bots etc.
