This guy is talking about Csgo plugins as in inbuilt mods. Example there was recently a skin mod/plugin that most servers used for people who cant buy skins as it was use to 'disguise default skins' for that server. However there are other plugins and a website that has a lot of CS plugins for prac servers etc.

If I am not wrong, CS runs on source mod? Which currently gives us half life 2? However, the fans of counter strike what half life 3 so Valve would give us 128 tick on officials valve servers am I right?

Btw what are you looking to code? I might have a steam friend that will be able to contact you.... He's a developer/computer addict and level 30+ steam. I'll ask if he is up to code a plugin.
