Add me on skype and I'll try to help you through it. It depends on the files as some bots are C#, Node.JS, etc. Most leaked ones are poorly made Node.JS ones so I'll try to walk you through what to do.

I'd recommend a VPS that you know how to use. If you can work with Linux, that's better. But if you're forced onto a windows VPS it's easy to setup a website and backend.
