I would first like to thank you for taking interest in becoming a staff member for Cube Party!
Cube Party is currently still under development but we will be releasing as a skyblock server in the coming weeks. Following that, we will be working on releasing other game modes as well as enhancing the skyblock server along the way. I am here looking to recruit, mature, dedicated, and motivated members of the minecraft community that are willing to work together to make Cube Party as successful as it can possibly be.
In order to become a staff member here at Cube Party, your first task is to complete and submit the application that can be found in our discord under ‘#staff-application.’ After your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will be asked to schedule a live interview with one of our managers or administrators where you will be asked several more questions before the final verdict is agreed on.
NOTE: All new staff start out as a helper. Through proving that you are mature and you are willing to help players, you will be eligible for a promotion. (Same goes for every rank).
What we look for in our staff:
A motivated individual who is dedicated to bettering themselves and the community.
An individual who takes tasks head on and isn’t afraid to try something new.
Someone who is willing to learn and excel at their assigned position.
An individual who gives 110% effort when doing their job.
Someone who treats everyone with the same amount of respect.
Requirements:
A working microphone to perform staff meetings.
Past experience working with a team, inside or outside of Minecraft.
