I would like to hire an ad manager to build some hype around the server and attract new players. The server is aimed at being in the "premium segment" and therefore we require all staff (including ad managers) to deliver this experience to our previous and new players. The budget for the first ad campaign is 250-400$ but is subject to a possible change later on.
You are required to have previous experience. Existing contacts and advertising strategies (to show me how you work) is a plus, but not required. In addition, the preferred timezone you are located in is somewhere around GMT.
Your tasks will be as following:
- Creating, planning, and implementing effective & written advertising strategies to spearhead server growth via best practice advertising methods.
- Performing research to identify player trends and community needs and interests.
- Contacting advertising partners to negotiate terms and conditions.
