Cubic Builds is ZexyZek's official team, also partnered with KoonKraft. As we are growing, we are looking for a 'recruiting manager' - you will be in charge of finding builders and hiring them to work within Cubic. In return, you will be paid with cuts of commissions. Commissions range anywhere from $40 to $1000+, so you could be receiving quite a bit of cash - the amount of the cut will be discussed prior to you joining the management team.
Private Messaging potential builders would be the ideal way forward, but if you wish to create a public post you will be required to ask me prior - this is simply as you will be representing Cubic and we don't want any slip ups in the public name.
Requirements:
- At the age, or over the age of 14 (can be overseen if the other requirements are 'smashed')
- Some management experience (server, artist, builder, self-manager, etc.)
- Must be able to work/communicate in a team
